I also went through training as an “Insurance Catastrophic Adjuster” and I was a first responder sent to New Orleans, Louisiana to asses the catastrophic building damage that was caused by Hurricane Katrina.

I am an approved Educational Trainer for General Motors North America, certifying employees & retiree’s in proper home inspection techniques through the Maumee Valley Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
